‘The West Wing’ and ‘Veep’ Casts Will Reunite for Fundraiser in Support of Battleground State Democrats
Sophia Dalton Project individuals from The West Wing and Veep are collaborating to show their help for liberals in Wisconsin.
A virtual get-together hybrid occasion, highlighting stars from both political TV programs, will be livestreamed Oct. 9
The Wisconsin liberals pledge drive will highlight live diversion from West Wing cast individuals Bradley Whitford, Martin Sheen, Allison Janney, Richard Schiff, Mary McCormack, Janel Moloney, and Melissa Fitzgerald as well as Veep entertainers Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Anna Chlumsky, Tony Sound, Matt Walsh, Gary Cole, and Timothy Simons. Each gift made will guide allies to a connection to see the internet based occasion.
“We have combined efforts with The West Wing since winning Wisconsin this November is critical to saving American majority rule government,” Louis-Dreyfus, 61, told The Hollywood Correspondent.
“And furthermore on the grounds that when MAGA conservatives are beaten and a majority rules government flourishes and twists, Veep appears to be a lot more interesting and less miserable.”
Whitford, who played White House Vice president of Staff Josh Lyman in The West Wing, let THR know that the two projects are collaborating “to help Popularity based applicants all over the voting form in my home territory of Wisconsin.”
He added, “Go along with us. We will have loads of tomfoolery, and we will give our best for save a majority rules government in the meantime.”
