MyGym Boynton Beach is excited to offer 2 new classes starting this month! Move Together a class for new parents and their babies and Gymnastics for children 5 - 10 years old.   

This fun and focused class is great for both beginning and experienced gymnasts! 

Children begin to work on learning and perfecting skills in leveled groups on the Bars, Vault, Beam, and in Tumbling. 

The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.

Perfect for children ages 5 to 10

The Gymnastic Classes will begin on November 7th and will be held on Wednesdays at 4:45 PM and Thursdays at 4:20 pm.

Our youngest My Gym students begin their first visual, audial, and spatial exploration while engaging in fun and safe baby exercises, songs, dances, skills, swings, and more. 

As part of this unique program, new parents engage in gentle postpartum-friendly cardio, strength, and endurance exercises

while bonding with their babies.

The Move Together Classes will begin on November 5th and will be held on Mondays at 9:00 am
